No Lousy Balloon Poodles

No, that’s not me and NO I did not make this. I am, however, thoroughly impressed by this triumph of latex fashion. I’ve always been kind of freaked out by clowns, so as a kid I was usually too scared to go up to them and ask for a balloon animal (even though I was dying for a balloon hat).
